About the engagement.
SystemSpecs runs Remita, the back-end of much of Nigeria's federal and state government payment infrastructure. Their headquarters required an engineering contractor that could deliver bank-grade waterproofing and concrete protection on a tight programme. Serotny was specified on the basis of its earlier Wema Bank and KPMG work.
