Waterproofing is the engineering of barriers - and detailing - that stop water from passing through a structural surface in the wrong direction. Leakproofing is the targeted remediation of a structure that is already leaking. We do both, and we treat them differently. A new-build flat roof needs a system specification. A leaking parapet on a 2008-built office needs a diagnosis first, then a remediation. The mistake most contractors make is using one approach for both.

FAQ.
- How long does waterproofing last on a flat roof in Lagos?
- A properly specified and installed bituminous or liquid system, on a sound substrate, will give 10–15 years before resurfacing is required. We warranty the install for 5–10 years depending on system.
- Do you do small residential jobs?
- Yes. We have minimum job sizes by region, but a single residential roof or a leaking bathroom is well within scope. Send a WhatsApp message with photos and we will tell you the price band immediately.
- Can you fix a leak without removing the existing finish?
- Sometimes. It depends on the substrate, the failure mode and the existing system. Our inspection report will tell you whether a non-invasive injection or coating repair is viable, or whether the existing finish has to come up.
