Group Chief Executive Officer
Amb. Engr. Anthony Eghiyo-Esere founded Serotny Global in 2006 and has led the company's evolution into one of Nigeria's most respected names in waterproofing, leakproofing and structural rehabilitation. He sits on the board as MD/CEO to date, with commendations from Wema Bank, KPMG, SystemSpecs/Remita, UPDC, Gcappa Plc and the Lagos State Government - and he personally underwrites the quality on every flagship job, from the 2018 Wema Bank Head Office programme on the Marina to the structural protection work at KPMG Towers and Lagos State Government House.
His leadership extends well beyond Serotny. He is President/CEO of Powerdot Ltd UK and Group Managing Director of Powerdot West Africa Ltd. Before this, he spent six years as a Director in SAEE Group, where he spearheaded major projects from start to finish and helped make the company a major player in the leakproofing industry.
A mechanical engineer by first degree, he went on to earn a further degree in Combined Engineering from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, where he studied robotics and mechatronics, and a master's in Engineering Project Management from the same university - with a core project in waste-to-energy.
That waste-to-energy work became a mission: to light up the African continent with affordable, uninterrupted electricity generated from municipal solid waste. It is the founding idea behind Powerdot UK, and the reason the eradication of Nigeria's epileptic power situation runs through everything he builds.
He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) UK and the Association of Project Managers (APM) UK, among other professional bodies, and was named a Peace Ambassador by the UN ECOSOC Global Peace Federation in 2010 in recognition of his philanthropic lifestyle and diplomatic approach to promoting peace.

Executive Director
Mrs. Efe Obed leads People & Culture at Serotny Global. She is responsible for recruiting and developing the engineering and field talent the firm deploys nationwide - from inspection technicians to certified applicators trained on Sika, Fosroc and Pluvitec systems. She manages site welfare, contracts and the continuous-training programme that keeps the crews current with international waterproofing and structural-rehabilitation standards, and she is the first point of contact for every new hire and partner who joins the firm.

EngineeringEngr. Greg Akahomen
Director of Strategy
Greg Akahomen is a technology executive. He holds a background in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and Business Compliance Consultancy. Over the years, Greg has held key leadership roles including Director ICT at T.A Akahomen & Co, where he oversaw technology infrastructure and digital operations, and Visiting Senior IT Administrator at Praise Christian College, where he supported academic and administrative IT systems. At Systech Synergy International, he leads teams that deliver enterprise IT solutions, engineering services, and compliance advisory to help businesses align technology with regulatory and operational goals. Greg is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, security, and sustainable growth.

Inspection Team Lead
Sharon Ifeanyi runs Serotny's free-inspection unit, the engineering team that mobilises within 48 hours of every enquiry. She and her crew survey the building, isolate the root cause of the leak or structural failure, and write the technical report that becomes the basis for the engineering quote. Her standard is simple: nothing is quoted that has not been inspected, and nothing is inspected without a written photographic record. Several of Serotny's longest-running client relationships - including with bank facilities teams in Lagos and Abuja - started with a Sharon-led inspection.

Legal & ComplianceAnyuzgi Blessing Ayikpo
Legal Counsel
Blessing Anyuzgi leads the legal function at Serotny Global. She drafts and negotiates the firm's construction contracts, manages the documentation behind public-sector tenders and is the person who stands behind the multi-year guarantees the firm issues on its waterproofing and rehabilitation work. She is also the firm's compliance lead - keeping Serotny aligned with NDDC, Lagos State and federal procurement requirements, and with the safety standards expected on bank and government sites.

Executive Secretary
Faith Nwabuike runs the office of the Group CEO at Serotny Global. She is the operational hinge between Serotny's clients, its inspection crews and its leadership - scheduling site visits, tracking enquiries from first WhatsApp message through to project close-out, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
