The brief
About the engagement.
Serotny was engaged in 2018 to remediate water ingress at multiple levels of the Marina headquarters, and has remained on retainer for the full structural-protection programme of the building. The work spans roof and parapet waterproofing, balcony detailing, basement seepage control, and concrete anti-corrosion on the coastal-exposed external faces. Materials specified across Sika, Fosroc and Pluvitec systems. The engagement is the firm's longest continuous client relationship, and the model for how Serotny works with major institutional clients across Nigeria.
