Ibadan is one of the oldest large cities in Nigeria and has a correspondingly older building stock - including the University of Ibadan, the secretariat at Ibadan, and a deep base of institutional and residential property in the GRA. The waterproofing problems are different from coastal Lagos: less salt, more legacy concrete in need of rehabilitation.

The Ibadan building stock

A large proportion of Ibadan's institutional and government buildings were built between 1955 and 1985, which means they are now well into the age range where reinforcement protection and waterproofing remediation are no longer optional. Newer estate development in Bodija, Akobo and Jericho is producing a parallel stream of contemporary waterproofing work.

Our team deploys from our Abuja headquarters to projects across Ibadan - bringing the same engineering standards we apply nationwide.

Why local clients choose us

What we bring to Ibadan.

  • Institutional building experience

Universities, secretariats and parastatal facilities - the Ibadan stock that needs structural protection most.

  • Structural rehabilitation specialism

Where Ibadan needs concrete-repair-led work rather than membrane-led work, we lead with rehabilitation.
