Waterproofing & Leakproofing
in Enugu.
Erosion country. Drainage and basement work as much as roof work.
What makes Enugu different.
- Climate
- Tropical wet & dry; heavy rainfall April–October; significant erosion risk
- State
- Enugu
Enugu and the wider South-East have one of the most demanding ground-water and erosion environments in Nigeria. Steep terrain, heavy rainfall and clay-rich subsoils combine to produce surface-water runoff problems that are often the upstream cause of basement and foundation seepage. Our Enugu work is as much drainage and basement waterproofing as it is roof remediation.
The Enugu building stock
Enugu has a substantial colonial-era and post-colonial institutional building stock alongside the rapid residential expansion in Independence Layout, Trans-Ekulu and the new estates on the airport corridor. The newer residential stock is where most of our recent inspection work has concentrated.
Our team deploys from our Abuja headquarters to projects across Enugu - bringing the same engineering standards we apply nationwide.
